Tool Trials
Encap can trial your mould tools using our range of injection moulding machines from 22 - 175 ton.

We can process a wide variety of materials including, but not limited to PP, PE, POM, PA6, PA66, ABS, ASA, PC, PVDF, PPE, HIPS, GPPS.

3D CAD Injection Mould Tool Design
Encap can design injection mould tools from supplied CAD data. We can also create the required 3D product designs if no CAD data exists.

3D CAD / CAM - EDM Electrode Creation and machining
We can accept your own 3D tooling data or create a 3D CAD model based on your 2D drawings or sketches.

Using the latest 3D CAD software we can create the required electrodes for CAM machining either in your own CAM workshop or we can provide CAM machining programs for use on your own CNC milling machines.
